    Bathroom remodel
    $13,000

    For as well as the project manager communicated throughout my bathroom remodel, when it came time to finishing the job the owner (he was the one hounding me for payment at the end PRIOR to completing the project) was EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of. The final punch list took at least a month to finish and the main issue (grouting) cracked two weeks after it was finished. It FINALLY got redone but 6 months later the cracks were back and I now have to completely regrout the shower. He seems very nice when bidding for the project-don’t buy into it. It’s pretty interesting how there’s a wonderful 5-star review from a “Scott H” above mine, I’m pretty sure that’s the owners name as well!

    Wow Joe, I am so surprised at your positive and negative reviews. I have never given myself a fake review. I never hounded you for money. In fact Buildzoom requires payment up front. Not me. For those who are curious, Joe gave us rave reviews before, during and after the process. He contacted us about 1.5 years after the work, and started complaining the a wood frame front porch, not built to code, by someone else, he wanted a small crack sealed. So we went back out within two days and resealed the crack 1.5 years after we did the permitted work. The irony here is he kept asking for everything free. We are now rated in the top 1% of contractors for the state of Florida. I believe I only have one mixed review(from Joe). If you read his reviews after we completed the work they were fine. Very odd character. I think you will find all are reviews are great. We work for the federal government, and several local Municipalities. Joe I'm sorry your experience wasn't what you wanted 2 years later, but there is no need to make up lies. How could I be rated in the top 1% of 200,000 contractors in Florida and have ANY of what you are alleging be true. We have been in business over 25 years, and it appears YOU are the only person to give us a positive, very positive, and then negative review.

    My wife and I had a complex waterfront project in Boca to rehab the entire house. These are not your typical contractors. They are very professional, businesslike, and do excellent work. I know they have done work on television, I hope we are lucky to have them here for a while longer in South Florida. I would hire them again.
