    I had Home Pro Of Florida put on an additional 2 car garage attached to my other 2 car garage plus update our electric, add a cement slab for a jacuzzis and new gutters. Needless to say, a lot of changes had to be made like moving all our water pipes and sprinklers..
    David and his crew were great in solving every problem that arose and keeping me informed in every step. Love this man and his crew!!!

    Head home pro build a two car garage attached to our original garage. He ran into multiple problems but every one of them was solved to our satisfaction. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and was prompted to call me or answer my emails. His crew was excellent and very courteous. I am very happy With the entire project.

    We contracted Home Pro to redo a small bathroom remodel started by another contractor. He assured us his company would do a professional job. For the most part, overall, the floor tile and wall tile came out better than the first contractor had done. But they took over two weeks and towards the end, they were rushing and making mistakes, in our opinion. We had concerns with the way a couple of things were turning out and brought this to their attention, and received rude comments back on our email. Also, when the cabinets were removed to lay the floor tile, the kick plate at the bottom was damaged, but it was not brought to our attention. Instead, we were asked to buy all new cabinets because ours were "junk". The cabinets are perfectly fine and look like new as we take very good care of them. In addition, the contract price included and specified that the bathroom would be cleaned and left in ready to use condition. It was not cleaned as specified. Now, the grout is starting to crumble in certain areas, probably from rushing to finish. Therefore I rate this company a 3 because they started off well and most of it is good but then they rushed at the end and there are a few things we need to take care of now.

    Me and my husband had work done on our living room and kitchen a few months ago. We had nothing but positive interactions with David and his crew. Dave was incredibly quick to answer emails with questions and comments that we had. The end result of the work him and his crew had done was absolutely gorgeous. There was some dust and debris leftover after the job was completed (not surprising since we had everything demo-ed and completely redone haha!), and after letting David know, he immediately sent someone over to clean it up with no hesitation! Thank you so much to the Homepro crew for all the work you have done. We will be coming back to you for work in the future!

Dave was amazing to work with— prompt with replies, handled my questions and concerns from a personal standpoint, and was extremely friendly and courteous at all times. Having a company that does what is best for you and not for the money is such a reassuring feeling.     When I first contacted Home Pro and I meet with the owner and contractor, Dave, I wanted a new kitchen and hall bath. We went over the plans, fixtures, trim., etc. He was very professional and explained his contract, price and time line to finish both projects. He gave me several options and explained each one to me. He also explained that with all homes constructed in the early 80’s, he might discover problems as some building codes have been changed and I might incur additional expense but he would check with me before doing any work and give me option(s) if there were any or if if would incur additional expenses. There were a few regarding plumbing in my bathroom and some in the kitchen. We met and he explained all the problems, a few changes and what he needed to do. Yes, there was an increase in the cost but he assured me he could still complete the entire project in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and his workers. They showed up on time, were extremely courteous, and I am so pleased with the result. I highly recommend he and his company to anyone.

    My husband and I recently hired David for a bathroom and kitchen remodel in Lutz and couldn’t be happier with the work done. At first, we couldn’t decide on the contractor, but after weeks of discussion and research, David seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced, and was very patient with us. Even when issues came up, David and the entire crew was always there and took care of everything right away. We ended up being so pleased with our new master bath and kitchen, that we decided to have David and his crew come back in the next few weeks to repaint our home! Thank you again to the entire team for working with us!!

    *DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY*
    This guy either has no clear knowledge of what it takes to do the work or he was just trying to scam me. Reviewed my plan and come to check place himself then biz $35,750 to finish the project. Signed contract and gave him 30% which was $10,725.2-3 weeks later, came back with a freaking $20,000 change orders which some of those are actually in the first contract already. Threaten to stop the work and take money and go if I do not sign and pay another $10,212. I just want to have the project done so I paid him. About a month later, keep asking me for money, I said the contract stated that you have to finish the work and pass inspection then I will pay. Threaten to stop working and he did stop for a week or so. Came back forcing me to sign another contract for about $6,000 total (including $2,500 countertop which was in the original contract but he waited till last minute to twist it and say there is only $4,000 allowance for both cabinet and countertop). This guy can’t never keep his word, before that he agreed to buy 3x $600 cabinet for me. But turned he went to buy on sale $100 cabinet without even informing me. I found out and he said those can’t be installed. I was like why, they are the cabinet. I embarrassed him in front of his workers asking him to explain why it can’t be installed or he just a liar. Got so pissed at me, wanna get into a fight with me. Back to that I didn’t sign that contract, so he just went off and filed lien this and that. Threaten to pull of permit and stuff. I went to the city wanting to fire him but they told me to get a letter from which was weird (how on earth will this guy write that letter for me). I actually almost work with another guy but because I don’t want any trouble in the future so I called and sign last contract with him for $11,500 to finish the project. He know a that I did some work like install small fixture of plumbing but I can’t wait him without knowing whe he’s gonna be back. Thus, he used that excuse saying that nobody will come back to work but why would he agreed to have all of them come back to work get the money then take back his words again. The last contract I paid him another $8,000, a week later he said no one gonna come back to work only if I pay more, got into argument then he said he is pulling of his license which till now he don’t even do it. This guy can’t never keep his words, at the time of signing contract, he kept saying “don’t worry you have my words, pay me and I will finish this project. This guy is just like a stray dog that will lick your feet to get what he want, then bite you like crazy. I also filed complaint with DBPR and consumer protection as well. I really hope they will suspend his license or he will continue to scam others.

    We are extremely pleased with Home Pro of Florida although the job has yet to be completed due to the fact that windows had to be ordered and have not yet arrived. We thought their workmanship was exceptional and cannot say enough good things about the forman Mark, as well as John and Hector who all did such beautiful work and took extra care in all aspects of the job. Mark was extremely careful to measure and level everything and they all took time in the most minute detail. The owner of the company David also was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend the company.
