    DreamQuest, Inc. (the company's real name, "Dream Quest is being used now to hide a previous bad review), did plumbing work on my home without first applying for legally required permits. Later it was discovered that work performed by DreamQuest did not meet building code requirements. Some work had to be completely torn out to repair.

    The NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating & Fire Sprinkler Contractors placed the license of Keith Hotchkiss (owner) on probabtion for 12 months effective 4/7/2017 (file # 2016-502).

    I used Home Quest Builders for quite a bit of work and they were very reliable and up front if additional work was needed. They replaced my roof, multiple windows and rotted wood work, interior and exterior painting, and along with some electrical work. Brad runs a great crew. I also had another friend use them and were satisfied.
