    I interviewed four well known siding companies but was not impressed with any of them. I was beginning to lose hope. Then I found Home Remodeling and Maintenance, Inc. I was impressed when the contractor, Momo, came out. He wasn’t a salesman, like the others. He was professional, friendly, and gained my confidence right away.
    His quote was competitive with the other companies but, he was not going to charge me extra for structural damages found in the walls, like the other companies wanted to do. I hired him on the spot. I ended up having a lot of structural damage that would have cost thousands.
    This is a family owned business. Momo and his father-n-law exceeded my expectations. Momo kept me informed every step of the way. I did not have such open communication with the other companies. I am so thankful that I didn’t choose any of those other companies and will be using Home Remodeling and Maintenance, Inc for all future home renovations. This company is Exceptional! I will recommend them to family and friends!

    We used Home Rwmodeling and Maintenance several time on different projects. We had a great and positive experiences every time. We had some Hardie shake siding and decorative trim work done, to rotten wood repairs, window replacement and painting. Professional crew and very detailed oriented. I recommend them to everybody that needs this kind of work done and I'm sure I will do business with them again.
