    Please do not hire Home Services Plus. We had signed a contract with them, then about 6 months later we began to experience problems with the contractor. When we contacted the company about it, they informed us that the contractor had not worked with them for the last 3 months. They had not contacted us to set us up with a new contractor and at first didn't know who we were. They have said we have been given blueprints, but we haven't. Whenever we contact them, they say they will have to get back to us, and never do.

    This contractor employs unskilled untrained labor. Most of their workers don't speak English or at least act like they don't. They converse mostly in Spanish which makes it difficult to communicate with them. Management doesn't return calls. I had to watch them very closely as they made mistakes repeatedly. They are very messy and have little regard for the customers property. They don't even provide a toilet on the job site so workers relieve themselves anywhere they choose. Very poor reliability. First day they showed up at 3:00pm. Second day they showed up at 4:00 and left before 6:00. They made a horrible mess in my upstairs storage area tearing off the old roofing. I finally accepted what they accomplished in an effort to clean up the mess. Would I recommend them, NO. Will I ever use them again, absolutely not.
