I purchased new house from Home South 3 years ago, and in my opinion, although marketed as high end, the construction is of very low quality for the price; a lot of components were found to be basic and the simplest in the market. I discovered that an outside trim is made MDF (compressed cardboard) that has been concealed instead of proper outdoor materials. Home South refused to replace the damaged MDF trim after it swell on the outside wall even after I presented it to them. Low grade faucets. We have had grout cracking causing water sipping inside the walls, and although fixed, the general installation wasn't done right.

The builder and his selling agents are in need of communication skills. You are lead to believe you will be included only to be excluded. I have to agree with the previous review Scam. Maybe they should consider turning in their license. Surely, they won't be doing business in the area long.
