Home Specialists was established by brothers Kevin and Trent De Visser to provide the highest quality construction at a fair price. Our project team has decades of experience that translates into beautiful finished projects. I would absolutely 100% never recommend this company to anyone. I contracted them to remove a fireplace and install windows. The quality of work was poor at best, the amount of trash left that I had to clean up was unacceptable, floors, furniture, carpet, deck boards and walls were damaged, the installers entered areas of my home where the work was not being performed and I had installers/subcontractors entering my home when there was no work scheduled or without being notified. I was boldfaced lied to by my sales person on numerous occasions. I was asked if it was okay for the installers use my bathroom, which I told them that I prefer they did not, so they chose to urinate off my front porch into my flower beds for all my neighbors to witness. I was told this would be a 1-week project, but received their schedule when work began and it turned into 4. Ultimately, this project took 28 weeks from the lack of communication without the job ever being completed by Home Specialists.

Working with the project developer and the construction team, along with their subcontractors, is truly a gratifying experience. It was a pleasure to work with them to create an updated living space which we love! Their work is top notch, and we were amazed at how clean they left our home every day before they left!
