My experience was excellent, I asked for an estimate so the owner himself came, and gave estimate,with discount for veteran husband. Most importantly he was very polite, he cleaned up when he was done nicer then when he came, his work was exactly what we wanted and he did it for 10% less then three other contractors that I had give estimates.
