Kevin designs and builds beautiful homes with an emphasis on high-quality construction. He is a leader in utilizing high-tech construction methods, including concrete framing. Homegrown Homes built my house over 30 years ago and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This builder is actually an artist who earns his living as a builder. He brings a human quality to his work that other larger builders will not. He cares very much about ensuring the house is well built and adds to the beauty of the world. He is reasonably priced. He built my house and I still love it and think it is the best one he has ever done.

This contractor did a design/ build renovation on my brother's home to make it more accessible for him (he is wheelchair-bound) and to make it more energy efficient. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he did all the renovations, including raising the roof on half the house, while my brother lived there. He was considerate of my brother's situation, and was careful to have his crew clean the house up as much as possible at the end of each workday. He also incorporated a lot of nice touches, like a tile backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom, that were unexpected. It has been over a year now since the job was finished, and everthing still looks brand new. I would hire him in a second for any construction job I had,,,,,

Kevin and the Homegrown Homes crew are outstanding. He builds homes the "old fashioned" way, using cut, stick built roofing and 2x6/2x8 construction. Nobody does this anymore. He also builds large, custom casings for windows and doors and beautiful baseboards with detailing. No Home Depot pulp wood here. As an engineer, I can tell the difference. When they built my house, they did everything, including building kitchen cabinets and milling their own wood.
