Don't waste your money on this guy. He missed so many things during the inspection that any capable inspector should have found. Tom just seems to wander around, not take any notes, very few pictures, and relies on total memory recall to do his shabby, incomplete reports. I followed Tom around my property for much of the inspection and even things he did point out didn't end up on the report. Talk about asleep at the switch. I've spent a lot of money addressing issues he should have identified.
Tom came at the recommendation of my real estate agent from @Properties, and I should have known better. Agents are more interested in the path of least resistance. Once you close on the property, the problems are yours and everyone else walks away with your money.
I tried to give 0 stars, but this site requires a minimum of 1. Lesson #1 - don't hire Tom. Lesson #2 - don't trust your agent for referrals.

This guy is a joke did a home inspection on my house stating things that were totally wrong. He stated my electrical box was over fused which after an ecectrical inspection at my cost found he did not know what he was talking about! He claims to be clean and neat but scratched up my hardwood floors with his ladder, broke a window cover, and after entering my attic left dirt and debris all over our cloths in the closet and just left it all a mess! Very unprofessional approach.

I had a home inspection done with Tom. I should have gone with my gut instinct when I contacted him for the inspection. He quoted me a fee and then met me the day we agreed on , at the property. When I was about 5 mins away he called and said his fee would be higher. I was not impressed to say the least but agreed to it. All through out the inspection i kept pointing out things to him which he kept dismissing. In fact he didn't even include most of those things in his report. Seemed like he was working for the sellers interest and when I called him after the inspection he acted like he doesn't even know who I am. Stay away!!

I recently sold my home and Tom was a fraud. He spent all of 10 minutes and created issues.
1) he took off a rotating shower head and in his report stated that it "falls off". He left the shower head on the floor.
2) He took one side of a bi-folding closet door, left it hanging on the other hinge, and reported it needed repair. I never had issue with that closet door. Since I moved out of state before the inspection, I had to scramble to find and pay someone to fix it.
3) He stated all of the faucets leak....well of course a drip or two will come out when you turn on faucets to full force....but who the heck would ever need to turn faucets on full force unless you're having an indoor water fight?
This guy should be sued and his license revoked.
