Home warranty sent this incompetent and unprofessional plumbers to my house to fix a simple dripping faucet. When done my faucet handles were broken by them and water pouring out of faucet full force and they left!!!! Told me to live with the main house water turned off when not needed. I had to have my neighbor install a tub shut off valve to make the water stop!!! In process of finding new plumber to fix the mess they made.

Plumbers came into my home to do an easy $140 hot water heater repair, and when they left, water was pouring through my basement ceiling. As we are watching this water pour through our ceiling they ask if there is anything else they could do for us. We found our paperwork crumpled up in the driveway. They offered nothing to help fix the damage. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!

Excellent service! Our water heater broke down while still under warranty. We were without hot water for 13 days because the manufacturer wouldn't authorize replacement. The manufacturer's reason: the water heater wasn't registered with them as being installed. Homemeister called a sales representative for the manufacturer to discuss our situation and the warranty was honored. The next day Homemeister installed a new water heater. We are very appreciative of the effort Homemeister extended to solve our problem. We would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
