We used Homer Electric due to electric plugs that were not working. David came out on 3 separate occasions to work on the same problem. He was a really nice young man. The last time he was out, he was really frustrated since he was not able to fix the issue. He was doing all he knew how to do and just wasn’t getting it done. This was a Tuesday. He left for lunch and then called back and left a voicemail stating he would not be coming back that day. My husband left a voicemail for David on Thursday of that week and he never returned the call. I called the office on Monday morning to talk with Kevin and gave a bunch of excuses as to why their UN-professionalism was warranted.
As a business owner, you should always communicate with customers. If you are not able to complete a job, the professional thing to do would be let the customer know. This company is not professional.
