We were very pleased with the bathroom remodel completed by Homerun Design Build in August, 2020! We already had a positive experience with Guy, the owner of the company, with a previous bathroom remodel, so we did not even go out to bid on this one. Guy prepared a fair proposal for the agreed upon scope of work with an estimated start date and end date. They use a web portal for approving proposals, change orders, and making payments – very nice.
Communication was great! My wife and I started a group message thread with Guy and the Project Manager, and this worked out great for scheduling and decision-making. Guy and his PM were excellent communicators by text, phone calls, and with occasional in-person visits. We exchanged information, ideas, photographs, and sketches. If a decision needed to be made, they would contact us for consent.
They are organized and customer-focused. They got the permit quickly and installed floor protection on the first day. They had a porta-potty delivered on the day before they started to work and it was picked up on the last day. Every worker was friendly, respectful, trustworthy, and efficient. At the end of each day, the workers removed their tools and cleaned the bathroom and traffic areas – impressive! And get this – the work went continuously, every day, until completion. The bathroom was actually completed before the estimated completion date. The workers arrived at 8am every morning ready to go!
Quality of workmanship was outstanding. They did a great job with installation of rough plumbing, subflooring, electrical, sheetrock, cement board, tub, shower door, toilet, wall cabinet, medicine cabinet, vanity, countertop, backsplashes, sink, finish plumbing, towel bars, wall plates, molding, texturing, and painting. The floor tiles and shower wall tiles are flat and even with tight grout lines – absolutely gorgeous! They did not make one mistake. Every inspection passed the first time, including the final inspection.
We have already shown Guy our 1980-vintage kitchen and told him that we are planning to remodel it next year. He has provided some excellent ideas and options for us to think about. A good remodeling contractor can envision a finished product and it seems to me that Guy has that ability. Five Stars. *****

Homerun Design Build provided us with a wonderful experience remodeling our kitchen. Guy Breuer advised us with some great ideas and provided us with 3D designs as well. His way of managing projects is very efficient and easy to follow. His team is extremely professional and built my kitchen better than I wanted it to be.
We extended our work with re doing our floors and painting our entire house. We really trust this company and will hire them again for our future projects and we strongly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. -

I was pleasantly surprised with Homerun Design Build. They have a great team! We started with a small bathroom project. Once I saw their performance and knowledge about construction, I decided to extend the project. I went ahead with a remodel of the Kitchen and second bathroom. The designer that was assigned to my project was wonderful. They were able to quickly narrow down the options and select the right materials for me. The whole process felt well tailored and properly managed. I felt very comfortable with the crew and the process. Highly recommended!

I met Guy from Homerun Design Build and from the moment he stepped into my home, I knew he was the right person for my project. First, he listened to all my ideas and organized my thoughts and designed something much better than I imagined.
He was very communicative with me through out the project and took care of everything.
He helped me find all the materials I need for my new kitchen from countertop to cabinets which was a huge help for me. But the best of all was that the price he quoted me at the start of the project didn't change.
If you are looking to remodel your hoe, I highly recommend working with Guy and his team. -

This company is really amazing! They were great at communicating and the kitchen work done was superb!They helped me with the design process and with finding all the materials I needed for my kirchen project. I even got discounts from the vendors through their company which saved me a lot of money! I already have some more ideas for what to remodel next and I will most definitely be calling them again!

Homerun Design Build and their team did a wonderful job building a second story addition to our house. We had a hard time finding someone we could trust to take on this project as we had to move out of our home for few months and it was very important to us to find a contractor that will be able to get the job done on time and within our budget. We initially met with Guy, the Owner. It was obvious that Guy is very knowledgable and professional in his approach. He made us feel comfortable, was very transparent and communicative throughout the entire project. We’ve met bunch of contractors until we’ve met Guy and Homerun. Save your time and call Homerun first.

We interviewed several contractors, and found Homerun Design Build to be competitive. We were also very impressed from the beginning with Guy Breuer. He was friendly, kept all promises, made great suggestions and made sure everything running smoothly and on time. Our kitchen turned out great, on time, and just what we wanted. We would use Guy again for any of our remodeling projects.

I met Guy last year and he helped me create design and plans for my kitchen project. I decide to move forward with his company and I am very happy I made that choice. This guys are reliable and very knowledgeable about construction. I felt very comfortable during all 2 months of work. From start to finish Guy and his team at Homerun Design-Build were amazing. We had interviewed eight other contractors and were beginning to lose hope until we set up a consultation with Guy. After discussing our project and sitting down at our table, he provided us with a reasonable estimate on the spot. A few days later he presented us with a fabulous 3D design.
The project was started as scheduled and Guy made sure that each phase was completed timely. His team was professional and courteous and arrived promptly at 8:00 am each morning. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Most notably, Guy remained enthusiastic and engaged in making our vision come true. He was also very receptive to any change orders we requested and provided us with suggestions and recommendations.
The quality of their work was so impressive that we added several additional areas to our kitchen remodel. We will most definitely be using Homerun Design-Build to remodel our bathrooms. For anyone searching for beautiful work at a competitive price look no further than Homerun Design-Build.
