Outstanding builder. They do more than what’s expected. I moved in November 2022. I have texted David at least 5 times (8 months later) for things I didn’t understand or felt like it was not working appropriately. When I text David, he always responds within an hour, letting me know he will send someone out. The contractors always show up by the next day to explain what needs to take place. Lucky for me nothing needed repairing, just explanation of the issue. For example the breaker box has allot of safety techniques. The garage door was making noise and repaired by the contractor. Not one time was money ever mentioned. David believes in his work and want to ensure everything is completed to your liking. Recommend him 100%. All the contractors are professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Great group of people.
