Our (Tuscany, Lexington, KY) home is 3.5 years old and we had to replace the sewer line, plus clean up totaling $30k, (and the plumber is skeptical that the pipes under the house are in good order); just found out our roof and flashing was installed improperly, (we already had a leak) $800; our unfinished bonus room, over garage, plumbed for a full bath has plumbing improperly installed! We have been informed that concrete patio and posts are not installed properly. Windows and doors are not installed properly (doors don't stay closed, windows are drafty). Where is the accountability? What about the inspectors who approved this stuff? What else could possibly go wrong? Stay away from this guy.
