    nail loose door under the deck, caulking, minor spackle and painting, installing mail box
    $700

    I don't recommend this contractor. I think he's a rip off. He charged me $1200 for minor work that took him a couple of hours to do. He missed one of the major work. He was asked to come back then charged another $150 for an hour work. The wall he painted was a mess. I painted it to save some money but I made it worse. I asked him to come back to fix it. He then charged me another $300. He charges more than a lawyer. I thought he should redo the work until the client is satisfied with additional fee. I just did not want to be rude so I went with the flow. I strongly don't recommend him to anyone.
