Terrible experience with Tolliver Payne! He get so frustrated he broke a home in my chair, took it for 6 months to repair it and brought it back broken. I gave him $25k toward a deposit, 18 months later I still don't have plans, stamp or permits. I will end up suing him if he doesn't return my money and will end up contacting Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations

He is been in business for 30 years in the Tampa Bay area; I wonder what other contractors he has hustled.
