Kevin Yoss, not Monica (his lovely wife) as listed above, is a meticulous builder. He won’t quit until he, and his buyers, are satisfied with the results. He built our dream home in 2003, and we have never lived in a better quality home. He built it to our specifications and added touches that our limited imaginations couldn’t conceive. He is very kind, patient, and reasonable with his bids. He is the ultimate professional. He is in high demand, insists that the job is done right, and is worth the wait. My mother chose to wait for Kevin to finish his previous home, to redesign her kitchen, rather than use an available builder closer to her home. As for us, we will never use a different builder. We have been able to preview many of his homes prior to their ownership, and he never fails to impress us. Homes R Us in Cottage Grove is the best.
