If I could give Todd Selleck ZERO STARS, I would. This man should not be trusted with any project, big or small. He will steal your money and avoid you at all costs. We hired him in 2012 to do a major renovation to our home. The total cost of this project was over $100,000.00
When the last draw came from the bank he stole it and ran! He took over $12,000.00 from us and did ABSOLUTELY no work for it. We will be taking him to court over this.
He does not pay his subcontractors either, and they can come after you! Luckily, most have been understanding and since they are only owed a few thousand dollars, they can write off that loss. As a young family, with four small children, we cannot afford that luxury of just dismissing the fact that he has stolen our money.
We will be doing everything in our power to make the public aware of this crook. DO NOT HIRE him for any cost. It's not worth the headaches!
