Homestead Fencing just completed a project at our home and we were thrilled with our experience with them right from the very first meeting. Shane and Brian are professional, responsive and do great work! They installed a split rail fence with green wire around the backyard of new home we purchased and it looks great. The backyard has quite a lot of trees they had to work around - when the fence wouldn't work well where we initially wanted it they made good recommendations on how to revise the design so that it maximized the area while still looking good. Highly recommend Homestead Fence!

The 2 owners did the work - work was fine but their business practice left me with a bad taste. They initially quoted 1/2 day labor, then came back after I agreed and said they thought about it and it was a full day. When they did the job, they finished in 3.5 hours and still charged me full day. Said that's their policy. I offered to split the difference - couldn't see paying for a full day. Owner said if they contracted the labor, it could have been more than half a day. Overall, I'm leaving this just to inform people to make sure what they are being quoted. I am happy with their work - just not happy with their business practice.
