    I hired HomeTeam Builders for several remodeling projects. I spent over $44,000 with them. They were expensive, but it seemed like they did good work.

    Flash forward to three months later: The grout in both bathrooms is cracking. I contacted Alon, and he came out to look at the issue. He said that he would fix it. Alon kept promising that he would get the problem fixed, but he didn't.

    Eventually, after several back-and-forth communications, Alon just completely cut me off!! He stopped answering my calls ... he didn't return my voice messages ... and he didn't respond to my text messages.

    Is this any way to run a business?? I think NOT!! You HAVE to give good customer service!!

    Alon was our main contractor..Cannot give enough "kudos". So precise,
    cost..choice of materials..contractors that work with him..electrician..plumber..tile installer..everything..and every day..HE was on it..Any project I am thinking of ..HE and is marvelous crew have well earned my business..gorgeous job from demo to end product..freestanding tub..walk in shower..floors.counter tops..vanities..nothing these folks cannot make perfect..I interviewed 8 contractors/builders...SOOOO glad I choose the finest! My NEW complete bathroom looks like something straight out of a designer magazine...gorgeous work...6 weeks and roughly 40K....NO regrets......Thank you. V. G. .Simi Valley

    I used Hometeam Builders for a bathroom remodel. I was nervous hiring a contractor, but I was so happy and relieved that they were excellent! They helped me figure out the best options for my tub/shower, gave me advice without pressuring me, and were there every day to check the progress and make sure I was happy. I loved the crew and will absolutely hire them again.
