    Rick from Hometec Architecture was very knowledgeable, did help us with initial plans, represented us at planning committee and did help us to find proper structural, civil & special inspection engineers. He also using flat fee for the project, no matter how long it takes. Most other architects used per hour rate and with strict and confusing Los Gatos rules these hours adds very quickly. He also includes in that price free 2 visits during construction - most others charge for it. He is using software that allows 3D view of outside and inside of planned house (Chief Architect)- that allows much faster consensus and better visualization.
