We work with Moses & Hometech on an extensive home remodel in Los Gatos . Moses was referred to us by our friend that did remodel with Moses a couple of years ago.

Originally, we approach Hometech as an architect and builder, to design & build for us new home, as advised by another company and an architect we spoked with previously.
However, Moses’ design team was very creative and able to work with our existing 1500SF house to create a great floor plan that included all our “MUST” & “WANTS”.

Our lot allowed us to add additional, almost 1000SF, and we fully used it to build 5 beds and 4.5bath home with “in-door / out-door” living concept & large outdoor sitting / bbq area.

Because we were able to use part of the existing house structure and foundation, we saved on the cost of these line items and were able to splurge on other items on our “wants list” . This also helped to expedite the permitting process.

We really appreciated the attention to details and professionalism during the design & construction phases.

This was a second time we hired Hometech and Moses’ team. A couple of years ago we remodeled our home in LAH and had a great experience .
After we bough our vacation home in Naples, we were glad to find out that Moses is working in the area, as it is difficult to find trusted builder , especially when you aren’t living in the area and doing this project remotely.
Our Naples home, overlooking Aqua Cove is in great location, but design was too traditional and dated .  We did complete gut remodel of 4 bed and 4 bathroom house approximately 4500sf, including changing the facade to give it more modern and CA look :) Definitely one of the kind houses in the neighborhood .
As always, we were well informed about the progress, done a couple of sites visits during construction and the team was able to accommodate virtual meetings to fit our busy schedules .
We can’t wait to spend this winter in nice warm weather enjoying our new home away from home

We used Hometech for a gut remodel of our house in Los Altos in 2022/2023. The project involved everything from new plumbing and electric, to new drywall and floors, raising ceilings in some rooms and a new kitchen and 3 bathrooms, plus interior and exterior painting.

The team was extremely professional, highly responsive and clearly cared about getting things done to a very high standard. We had to go through a building revision just after the demolition due to unexpected house conditions which interrupted a project slightly but things got addressed in timely manners and project was completed before estimated completion date

We have recently completed remodel of our house which included relocation of the kitchen, creating open floorpan, adding powder room and remodeling our master suit . We really enjoyed the design process and we absolutely loved suggestion and recommendation we’ve been given. It was also very helpful to see the designs and materials selections in the 3D drawing prior starting construction.
Permitting part took little longer but once construction started project was moving fairly smoothly and completed much sooner than what we have anticipated.
It was easy to communicate with Moses and his team and get answers to our questions. We also had walkthrough during the project to go over progress.

It will be first Holiday cooking in our new kitchen and we are were excited to host our friends and family in our new home

Our friend that recently finished building their home, recommended us Moses & HomeTech for our home remodel in Palo Alto. We remodeled, reconfigure our 2300sf and added about 400sf . The planning and permitting process took some time but based on what I heard it is very standard for Palo Alto and size of the project . I personally enjoyed the design process and appreciated patience , creativity and suggestions from Moses and his engineer and designer .
After we received final approval from the city , things went very smooth and project was completed well before estimated time.
We moved out from the house and also spent significant time outside of country but team kept us informed throughout the process. We appreciated transparency and being straight with cost and possible surprises from the beginning.

Our home remodel with Hometech was officially completed last week and cannot be happier with the result .
Moses and his team remodeled our 3.5 bathrooms and reconfigured and remodeled the first floor to crate one large open space ( kitchen family room and dinning and formal living room ) . We love to entertain and so our request was to create indoor/outdoor living which HomeTech did by installing large nana doors in our kitchen / family room .
The design and construction went pretty smoothly, however, the waiting for permits was quite lengthy. We were lucky enough with material delivery as everything was planned well and there were no significant delays that would effect projected time line.
We appreciated the transparent communication throughout the project , professionalism and knowledge of the team and workmanship and cleanness of the crew.

We hired HomeTech for a complete home remodel which including relocating kitchen and extending master bathroom and bedroom. We worked with Moses and his team and they did an unbelievable job on our new home. They were with us from the earliest planning stages all the way through the final walk through. We had a small issue with our custom vanity in master bathroom as manufacture delivered incorrect drawer size but HomeTech Team helped us and dealt with replacement and team came back few weeks after job was completed to install the correct one. The permitting stage took longer then we envisioned but once we received all permits the crew tried to expedite the work and they completed everything even prior estimated completion date and exceeded ours expectations.
Moses kept us informed during the construction stages as well as inspections results throughout the project. It was easy to communicate with the team over the text, they always answer all our questions & concerns fairly quickly .  We a had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great, trustworthy, honest, and highly capable company for their remodel .

HomeTech did a complete main floor remodel of our home. We love the results. I really enjoyed working on the design. HomeTech team was amazing! We purchased an old 3900 square house in Burlingame and completed gutted and renovated every room and added almost 900sf of living space.
Everyone from the team starting with project manager, designers, engineer and foreman were professional with lots of experience. They provided excellent advice and support throughout the entire process. The team was extremely helpful and timely with every detail throughout the entire renovation.

We hired HomeTech Construction & Design to rebuild my grandmother’s old house . We started all process at the end of 2018 and just moved in to our brand new 3000 SF house a couple of weeks ago.
We loved creativity of their architect and designer , their patience and professionalism, advices before the construction and throughout the all project . We appreciated the transparency of our project manager Moses and him, trying to manage our expectations, wishes and at the same time work with our budget.
The planning, design process, shopping and choosing finished was the “fun part” after we finally decided on all the layouts / floorplans, then there was a little wait for engineer to work on his part of the plans and of course, for the city to approve the plans.
Once the contraction started things were moving fairly quickly and the project was completed before projected completion time ( which did not look like it at the beginning )

The team was efficient and well-managed and has made the entire process very smooth. Hometech just finished my home remodel. The house was a previous rental property of mine that we have moved into after relocating back to Saratoga. What an amazing transformation! 2 baths, new kitchen/dining flooring, countertop, backsplash and fireplace. I have received so many compliments on how beautiful it all came out. 
Team was always so responsive to any questions and/or issues, concerns. The crew of craftsman did great job and kept the job site clean and organized. The design & architect give us lots of great suggestions and helped pick all the finish materials.

I have owned many homes through the years and have worked with number of contractors. HomeTech is easily one of the most professional group I have hired.

There are so many companies out here, each one has slightly different system and so it was difficult to decide what is the right one for us. Luckily we found a contractor that can actually execute and be honest . I needed someone to redo our Kitchen that included a wall removal and changing the layout from one side to the other.
We found HomeTech Construction & Design by looking at several online websites.

After the first meeting with out project manager, we met with the designer and engineer that put our vision into beautiful 3D renderings that helped us visualized the space and make final changes to the design before the construction work started so they were not surprises in the final product.
HomeTech services included the permitting process as well so this was one stop company for all our needs with the project .
We appreciated everyones patient from the project manger that was available for call / text at any hour a day / night through the designer as we know we had lots of questions, changes in the design and some concerns especially at the early stages of the project.

We added up also changing flooring through the first floor of the house and did the rewire of the house, upgraded electrical panel as it was needed due to the fact house was only and hasn’t been upgraded since 1950s.

The work is finished now and we couldn’t be happier with the result . I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel.

we recently finished remodeling our kitchen with HomeTech and we are extremely satisfied with the results as well as with all process.

We did a complete remodel of a 350 sqft kitchen in a 80-year-old home. We changed the layout and removed a wall to incorporate it with the living area .

There was a couple of snags once they opened up the walls due to old house conditions but HomeTech was able to came up with solutions for all the issues and kept everything on track and project finished by the projected time.

We heard lots of bad stories from friends that they experienced with their remodeling projects and thats why we wanted to work with a design-build firm. The team work & communication between the designer, architect, engineer and contractor was managed well.

They listened our needs and requirements as well as gave us great suggestions and kept everything in the budget.

Right now we are in process of starting remodeling one of our bathrooms. We were planning to do this later on when we save up the money. We were very pleased to hear that HomeTech offers financing that allowed us to do the projects at the same time

At the beginning I just wanted to walk in tub and so I called multiple companies , met with few companies but non of them were able to take me to a showroom that sells the walk-in tubs and offered me ordering the tub online which I didn’t like. Those companies were more concern about my budget rather than show me what they can do and how they can meet my criteria and expectations.
After meeting with Moses from Hometech they gave me the option to visit showroom where I could see the walk-in tubs as well as large selection of other fixtures.
They also helped me obtaining permit for the job that has been done in my mobile house. I really like the fact that the guys working at my house were always the same people . I also appreciated lots of great ideas Moses and designer Allen had.
With their ideas, help and financing option they offered me I decided to do multiple other projects
From an idea of installing a walk-in tub I remodeled my both bathrooms completely as well as kitchen and changed the flooring in entire house.

We had our master bathroom remodeled completely. We are really happy and satisfied. The job wasn't an average bathroom remodel, because we needed to push a wall out two feet, and also raise the ceiling. It was a big & messy job. HomeTech crew where absolutely top notch. They paid attention to the details, were able to fit our requirements and open to changes we made along the construction. It all started as a regular kitchen remodel but by talking to Moses , designer Allen , and the architect our plans were changing and it turned into nearly complete house makeover. This made the space more usable for our purposes. They made our closed up and dark house more open and airy. We decided go with Hometech because of their was attention to the details and their suggestions and patience which we weren’t getting from other companies. It was very easy to work with Moses and the whole crew, they were responsive and always answered our concerns and questions.

Amazing job! Great quality, fast & reasonable price. After interviewing & meeting several contractors we decided to go with HomeTech and couldn't do better. They were very flexible and accommodated our busy schedule. Our meetings were scheduled for late evening or Sundays to fit our schedule. They were able to fit our tight budget and even offer us option to finance the job with no interest for up to 1 year. The designer had great suggestions how to maximize the storage space in our smaller kitchen . They started work almost immediately and finished 2 weeks earlier as stated on the contract.! I needed the bathrooms in my house remodeled they were very out of style and dull and i wanted it to have a more modern look so i found home tech, looked straight at their reviews and saw all the good feedback they had. I decided to call them up and i’m so glad and thankful that i did. I work either at home or at my office and home tech was so understanding to my schedule and even gave me a layout of how the bathroom would look and helped me pick out everything exactly to my liking. The 2 main spaces I consider in a home are the kitchen and the bathroom; they need to make sense (lol). I went to Cali on business to stay with my uncle for a few months. Need not say I was shock and awe when I saw the kitchen and bathrooms of the house, awkward design and totally not functional. He mentioned he wanted to remodel and I said great. A very close friend of mines recommended HomeTech for the job, thus, I made contact. The staff were very friendly over the phone and answered all my inquiries. They came over and my uncle and I expressed what we wanted (they pitched in on ideas as as well). They, then, presented the renderings for both the kitchen and 2 bathrooms which wowed us. But it wasn't until the actual work started and ended that we realized how good these guys from HomeTech were. They captured our vision to every centimeter; definitely exceeded our expectations. They are very professional, courteous, and nonetheless talented. They were very communicative throughout the project which aided to deal with all remodeling construction/commotion going on. I recently moved to city from countryside but purposely bought house with nice size of backyard. To be able to enjoy it I needed to have my backyard upgraded I was trying to find a contractor online and had few appointments but wasn't able to find a company that would meet my expectations and budget. Another important thing to be mentioned is their great customer service, they were always responsive and answer all my questions and kept me up to date on progress with my landscaping project. I contracted HomeTech to remodel my kitchen, and I’m glad to say, I’m very happy with the job. Never have I seen this amount of work being put into something. Before this amazing work, my kitchen was made up of rusted pipes, molded covered cabinets, old kitchen top. It was horrendous, I was glad to see what a great job these men were doing. I got new, clean, lustrous pipes, new rustic hickory cabinets and a beautiful marble top. I’m glad I chose to continue with this company. They’re Eco friendly as well! I’m for sure recommending everyone to this company, amazing work, good options for your certain budget. Great timing, never not on time. I still keep in contact with with this company, knowing they’re wonderful work, I’m highly considering getting my backyard being done by them, even though it doesn’t need to, they make something beautiful out of nothing. I was looking for a contractor to remodel one and half bathrooms in my parents' house as they really needed upgrade.
I heard lots of bad stories how the construction companies overcharging their clients but this was NOT the case with Hometech.
They were extremely cordial, honest, up-front and customer service oriented from the get-go.

They were punctual when it came time to meet us and give us an estimate on the bathrooms. We've been considering this remodel for quite some time but it was difficult for us to find company that would meet our expectation and budget.

Moses from HomeTech Construction & Design was understanding and completely honest with his advices and suggestions. In the end he gave us a more-than-fair estimate for the job. He provided us with his referrals and after checking those, I was very confident to move forward with the project.

The price we received before signing contract didn't increased at all neither the time frame we were promised.

We spent some time looking for contractors online and called three construction companies that we liked the most and scheduled estimates.
Because my husband and I work full time we really appreciated that we could schedule meeting with Hometech Construction & Design on Sunday afternoon.
We met with contractor Moses he was very knowledgeable, passionated about the job and with positive attitude. We bought an older house and knew it would need a lot of work and he had some fantastic ideas about what we could do with the space. Once we hired Hometech to do our bathrooms and kitchen remodel, Moses kept us constantly informed and up to date about progress and also was reachable at anytime and day when we had any questions or wanted to make some changes.
On our second meeting we met with the designer . He created for us 3D design and helped us choosing fixtures as well.
Most importantly, Moses didn't beat around the bush and try to make unrealistic promises. Some contractors will promise the world and lower their prices to get you to sign. He was honest and straightforward and we loved that.
Our both bathrooms, kitchen and floors downstairs were finished on time as promised and look even better then expected. We have few other projects that we ate planning to do in near future but luckily we wont need to go through all the search again .

I decided to surprise my mother with some landscape design for an early Christmas present. Our contractor Moses did everything she wanted and even gave her a quick follow-up call the following week to make sure she was still happy. I will definitely be coming back to these guys and highly recommend HomeTech for any landscaping projects.

We worked with Moses to upgrade our 30 year old home. He had some great ideas and made our "Old House" into a brand "New House" that we can proudly invite guests into and enjoy. The kitchen remodel is amazing and gave us much more needed counter space. I now have a "Five Star" bathroom and the "Piece-de-Resistance" is the new mantle over the fireplace!!! Moses was helpful with all the details and pretty much available 24/7 (I did call him on a Holiday and he actually answered the phone!). He definitely took care of us and was great to work with!!

We were remodeling our bathroom and hired Hometech specifically because they provide the design ( also 3D design was a big plus ! ) and build fuctions all together at the same company , under one contract .
When problems were discovered in our wall and floor structure they fixed these too. Despite these unforseen setbacks they finished the complete remodel in 3 weeks. Great job and also very clean
