  This company is a serious RIPOFF They took my money and refused to return anything. They put my work off the entire summer Promised to do it first this April 2022 and refuse to do anything on my lawn this summer. They left my yard a mess and took advantage of me. I mistakenly trusted them. They do not deserve even 1 star - they should be arrested for crookedness. Tom Murray is a crook.

  Signed a contract with Tom Murray, the owner, in June 2018 and gave him a $7,000 materials deposit. Work was SUPPOSED to commence and be completed in the Fall of 2018. Difficult to reach, many delays in returning calls and promises to start. We were pushed back to one of the FIRST projects he would do in the Spring in 2019. Nothing but excuses. Legal action threatened - refused to refund deposit stating materials already paid for and sitting waiting to be picked up but was unable to produce an invoice to prove it. We called the supplier who DENIED him having any product on hold for him. He provided an "Agreement Amendment" (another completely worthless piece of paper) on October 2nd stating work would commence on Oct. 7 and be completed by Oct 31. Nope. FINALLY, his Mason, Dave (who does beautiful work and is always very apologetic about work delays) arrived in November and work was about 75% completed by early December 2019 so I unfortunately gave him another $5,500, leaving a balance due of $1,580 and work to be completed FIRST THING in the Spring of 2020. BIG MISTAKE! We finally decided to fire him and sent a certified letter on Sep 29, 2020 outlining our failed agreement and advised him not to call us or set foot on our property ever again. Well, don't you know, Dave showed up to work again on Oct 1st. Thank goodness we happened to be home that day so we could instruct him to stop all work. He was, again, extremely apologetic and stated he didn't know they had been fired. We would hire Dave in a heartbeat if he decides to become an independent contractor. We received the certified letter receipt back in the mail on Oct 5 but it wasn't dated for the delivery date.
  As far as legal action, I don't know yet what we'll do as I understand he has NO ASSETS in his own name and the BBB reports his business as CLOSED.
  WE ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TOM MURRAY. [email protected].

  Takes your money then runs.after large deposit he never showed up to do any real work. After legal action against him he still won,t refund my money. He uses loopholes in the legal system to stay in business and cheat other people .find someone reliable and save your money. After 15 months ,no work completed, no refund.
