    Curt Coglizer from Homeworks-complete Home Improvement has done work for us in past. In addition to the deck, he has done a basement remodel and exterior siding work. All of his work has been completed on time, with good workmanship. Any changes in costing were discussed and agreed on.

    We've had Curt and his guys do both interior and exterior work for us and have always been extremely happy with the results. Recently they replaced our existing deck and we worked together to come up with a much improved (and affordable) layout. Everyone in the neighborhood has been telling us how great it looks! If you hire Curt, I don't think you will be disappointed.

    Prior to hiring Homeworks I have had several siding companies gave bids on repairs, one salesman was very pushy and wanted me to signed contract that same day on measuring the house. Another siding company asked me how much money do I have or wanted to spend. I also got referral from a friend of friend who does siding but he kept changing appointment dates and just didn't showed up. I came across HOMEWORKS on the internet and checked out the "before and after" pictures of the work they’ve done, I did not think I can afford it because of the prior companies bids where outlandish but I was still curious on how much it will cost.

    Appointment was set with Homeworks, Curt went around the house with me writing down all the problem areas and took his time and explained everything in detail as if I was learning how to fix my own home. A few days later I received the estimates from him via email and he made a second appointment to come back to go over the estimates and my options. I was surprised that he had spent all this time with me he did not push me like the other companies. I told him I have to get back with him but in my mind he was already hired because he treated me as if I was one of his family member, he took his time and explained everything in detail and he was not trying to sell me anything.

    Decision time came and made...I’m so glad that I had hired Homeworks for the repairs on the exterior of the house, his crew are good in what they do, they are clean and respectful. The painting crew (2nd crew) worked under the 100 plus degree sun and kept on working. After the work was completed Curt made sure I inspected the entire house. Homeworks did more then I asked for and more and the cost of the repair was more than fair. I am very satisfied with the work that was done even my neighbor stopped by and asked if I had won the lottery. I am a happy customer of Homeworks!!
