    Promises a lot that they cannot do. Poorly managed, bad workmanship. Overcharges, a lot of extras without giving price prior to work. Did not complete work that was paid for.

    The contractor was selected after interviewing 6 other candidates based on the ability to read city approved plans, comprehend and communicate the scope of work, and provide a bid that was reasonable and within budget. Several of the contractors had difficulty reading the plans and/or comprehending the scope of work. Others were not within budget.
    The selection of Homework’s Construction & Design proved to be a great one as they exceeded expectations by making recommendations that city inspectors missed, completed the work in a timely manner and within budget.
    I would highly recommend Homework Construction & Design and they will be our first choice on our next project.

    took over our project for fire damage, in south gate. after 3 contractors left me out to dry, he picked up the project and still with in the insurance budget,
