It was not a time and material Job, so the phone thing is irrelevant. Come to find out he has a track record of doing this to Contractors. He waits until they are almost all done than he does this and never pays for the services others have preformed for him. Watch out for him ,he is bad news.

I hired Honda Electric to wire my basement. Jeff, the owner did the work and I was very pleased. He was committed to getting the work done on time so other crews could finish their work accordingly. Also, he was very good at returning my phone calls when I had so as to deal with any concerns or questions. He is very thorough and I felt comfortable in knowing he is very experienced. He has a great attention to the details and takes pride in his work. I only hire and recommend professionals; I give Honda Electric five stars.
