We would not recommend this company. Our vinyl plank flooring starting buckling and when we couldn’t get a response, we had no other choice but to get the registrar involved. ROC found Hondo Contracting reasoonsible. We were told that the vinyl could be replaced with tile by Hondo, that changed the scope of the contract and when time expired, the registrar couldn’t do any more for us. This contractor is not returning phone calls/texts. A pallet of tile was delivered and is sitting in my garage but that is as far as we’ve gotten. Delivery of tile was December 2022- it is now end of May 2023. Unless you want incomplete work, find another contractor.
