DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND A SCAM. My warranty company American Home Shield contracted Honesty Mechanical to repair my HVAC system which kept shutting down and was not blowing cold air. The technician who came out replaced a contact control and replaced the condenser motor which was bad and therefore allowed the drain pan to fill up with water and would shut down the system. As soon as the system turned on the technician grabbed his tools and headed out. I advised him that it was not blowing cold air and was not coming out so well in my bedroom. He said that it sounded like a vent problem and that I would need to make another claim with American Home Shield and then he proceeded to bolt out my door. It is now 32 days later and I still do not have cold air and the whole system has shut down again because the "new" condenser motor is not working. The manager I spoke with from "Honesty" Mechanical told me they will not send anyone out because they do not honor their work done when they are contracted through 3rd party service plans. Their website says they care about their quality of work and doing a thorough and honest job for their customers. THAT IS A TOTAL LIE. After looking on line at reviews from other job sites I now see that they have many horrible reviews except on their own sit which they control. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable company.
