    Replace HVAC

    This star is put forth only to the ladies in the office and the install techs for my HVAC unit. They seemed polite and professional. The company on the other hand is very unsatisfactory and dishonest in there business. My warranty company sent this company to my home to replace my HVAC system. Honesty wrote up a phony list of upgrades of uncovered cost and turned it into my warranty company. Out of pocket cost they claimed needed to be done. This cost exceeded $5000! Taking them at there word I paid them up front only to learn that none of these upgrades was done or was ever intended to be done. Four months later I received back a small portion of my money but still out of thousands. Do not recommend this company! Wolves in sheep's clothing. Belong in jail {FRAUDS}.

    If you have a home warranty do not let this company in your house!

    They are working for them!

    The plumber that serviced the pipe leak was half honest with us and he miss written his report in the favor of AHS.

    He report it everything without having and presenting a concrete proof of the manufacturer.

    At the end of his service he tried to sell us a complete pipe system replacement for the entire house.

    Bathroom shower leaking

    Daniel arrived on time and with a smile and warm greeting. After showing him the problem in the shower; he went straight to work. He was explaining as he went along. Daniel offered suggestions for monitoring the situation, and said all was guaranteed for 30 days.
    This company is a find, especially with technicians like Daniel on the payroll. Will definitely use again!

    Replaced Furnace/duct work to code

    We called Honesty Mechanical because they had done a terrific job installing our gas water heater. We thought we would have just as good if not a better experience when our furnace needed replacement.
    NOT SO! We waited eight days (with a home warranty) and they finally came out and installed the unit. It didn’t pass Mecklenburg inspection. We waited THREE MORE DAYS ON THEIR SCHEDULE. They came and “fixed” the error on the inspection. NOT SO! It didn’t pass inspection for a second time. We now have to wait FOUR MORE DAYS ON THEIR SCHEDULE for the THIRD time to have our NEW furnace “properly installed.” Then we have to wait to have it inspected again.
    CALL SOMEONE ELSE, this has now become a circus.
