Photos added. I had to hire someone else to fix the sub-par work. Using bigger quarter rounds than necessary to cover bad cuts and measurements. Taking advantage of an out of town owner of a rental property is unprofessional.
We were recently notified of a lien on the property. It is disappointing a contractor would quote a job they are not skilled to perform, then use a lien to force a payment. Sad.
