    I would not recommend Hook & Ladder Fencing, Royse City,TX
    They did not seem to understand that I hired them. As the customer, it’s still my property and anyone I hire is invited onto my property to do the work that I’m paying an exorbitant amount of money for. I will watch as any crew is working on my property. If I have a question, I’ll ask it.
    The application of the stain is inadequate, with many places left bare or splattered across the wood.
    They left a mess on my property. My parking pad was splattered with a concrete mess obviously made by this work crew. The crew showed up late and left early. Lots of excuses given to stop working for the day. On one of the gates, the hardware was installed incorrectly and has never latched. My privacy fence has gaps, so it’s not private. My neighbors to my left and right, both complained of all the metal debris left on their property along the fence line. In my opinion, work done on my property is not great or good. I would use the word fair to describe the quality of work done by Hook & Ladder Fencing Royse City, TX
    Because of dealing with this company, I will never again hire a business owned by police or fire. I refer to this company as Hook & Hubris because that describes my experience with them.
    I would appreciate the company following through on everything they said they would do.
