Good morning.it’s very hard to make everyone happy. Folks we work for a warranty company we are the middle man . The job will be done to code or not at all . The warranty company does not cover everything at all most people do not read the fine print then get mad at us . I am truly sorry but we can not control the warranty company. We do our best to treat everyone like family. Please note we can not control how long it takes the warranty company to gets parts or to contact us that’s not our fault. We do the best we can . We do not lie to anyone.

I was assigned these folks through my home warranty. They came out looked at the AC/Heating system and told my husband it's leaking Freon and some other parts were needed. They said they would call back in within week and they never did. I had to call them.
spoke with "The owner" who got very defensive when i asked about ordering the parts and if I needed a new system, it would cost $4k. When I questioned him on the cost, he pushed back and asked me if I was from the North and basically said that makes sense you guys never read the contract. We got into a heated argument and basically inferred i was and idiot and wanted to scam him. my insurance company will be requesting a report and then assign a new contractor. I expect respect and quality customer service. -

Was assigned these jokers through my home warranty. Almost a month later without AC, they have no showed twice, not answered the phone and didn’t call back for 3 weeks. They had the audacity to lie to the home warranty company and say they fixed it then later admitted to me that they lied. These low life’s won’t be in business for long.

Hooked Up was contracted by my home warranty company for an AC issue. I was somewhat skeptical after reading reviews but was extremely pleased with their service. Ryan arrived at 7:05am, diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, and I had AC by 7:30.
