Hired him to put up a metal building, signed a contract. 1/3 payment up front then took over 2 months just to get concrete slab, paid 2nd installment and still no building. He then called and said he would refund part of 2nd installment but never has. DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing he wanted but cash of $20,000 up front and no measurement. Said he would supply once he got the money. $60,000 for total job with no measurment. When I told him I wanted measurment he called me broke. Also told me he would buy materials for my home where he chose not where I wanted. Needles to say we parted ways.

if I could give 0 stars I would do not use this man unless you want to pay twice for what you pay him for, I paid him to put a roof on he did get it on and I paid him what was owed to him. fast forward months later I get drug to court over the materials that was delivered to my house that he was supposed to pay the company for and didnt so now they want their money and put a lien on my house until they get it. the contract between myself and hooper was that what I paid him was supposed to cover the labor and cost of the material, now I have to pay for the materials bc he skipped out on the bill. He’s a their and a liar
