Paul Hooper installed a water heater for us in early May 2022. At the time he failed to install the drip pan, but said he would return the following day to take care of it. It's now late August and Paul has done nothing other than give a litany of excuses as to why he could not come back out to complete the job. He came recommended and appeared to be a nice guy. But, his malfeasance has cost us more in time, aggravation and having to get someone else to finish the work than a new tankless set up would have cost.
