Hop Contracting was amazing. They listened to my needs, advised what should be done to do a good job, and I agreed. The job was scheduled for a Tuesday. The team showed up right on time and were extremely efficient in repairing my patio. The team lead, Paul, was super and gave advice to me on how to maintain the patio. Built an elevated wood deck. HOP did an EXCELLENT job and it was an exceptional customer experience. Hendrys (CEO) is honest, which is not so common with contractors in Miami. He makes sure you are 100% happy with work done. His crew is friendly, respectful and careful. I dont usually write reviews, but HOP truly deserves a wholehearted recommendation.

We hired HOP contracting on 9/12/2020 to start on an attached garage project. We signed an agreement and paid them $2,550.00 up front for rendering services and initial blue prints. Long story short, they failed to deliver a single service on the invoice. HOP had hired an architect who was later on fired for failing to formulate a single drawing. During this time frame, Covid19 was getting started and the project soon fell apart. We where promised a refund however HOP never did issue the refund as promised.
I highly recommend looking for another contractor... We are now forced to take them to court to get our money back!
