We had hopper pools install a pool at our home, it turned out to be the biggest mistake we had ever made. Not only did they lie to us, coned us ,and took advantage of our kindness. When our pool was finally done , it costed us 23.000 on top of our agreed contract price, which was 40.000 besides that mr hopper did a awful job in building our pool. When our pool was finally done , we were left with many lose pavers, we got pavers going around our pool deck that are higher than others, not all locked in tight together and leveled. We also have many bad cuts. Also when mr hopper was pouring the concrete in our pool they never bothered to cover our glass sliding doors and got concrete all over them, and never bothered to say anything about it. Next mr hopper told us he was giving us a 10 inch pool shell what a lie that was according to mr hopper concrete guy, we only got a 6 inch pool shell. Next is the tiles inside our pool very poorly done, we got all diffrent grout lines in between all our tiles, we have tiles that have grout covering them , also some of the grout is starting to crack. Next is the emergency pool over flow drain that does not work . Next our pool enclosure, our chair rails go down on a slant nothing is straight and leveled, and just when you think what else could happen, mr hopper gets in his toy bob cat like a little kid and grades down our ground, ripping out all our sprinklers. Mr hopper had us remove the sprinklers that were where our pool was being built , and had us put flags where all our other sprinklers were so they would not get damaged, all mr hopper had to do was take a rake to those few areas where the sprinklers were, but that would have been to hard of work for mr hopper when we confronted mr hopper on all these issues we notice another side to mr hopper, and never heard from him again . So if you are thinking of having this company install your pool ,you better think twice, and if you would like to see mr hopper so called quality work we would be happy to show you .
