Horizon Homes may have grown too large without hiring sufficient staff to manage its builds. The owner insists on being the sole contact during construction but does not answer her phone, reply to voicemails or e-mails unless she is due money.
Since moving in we have had warranty inspections at the initial walkthrough and 30 day level. Several issues were identified however they remain uncorrected and the owner and her employee who coordinates warranties do not respond to e-mails and repeated phone calls inquiring about when these problems will be resolved.
If you are looking for a builder you can do better.
