    Worst experience I ever had. I hired Roger Hornback build us a home. I purchased a "turn key home" through Hornback Homes. They DID NOT LISTEN TO US THE CUSTOMER!! Terrible service! Would not return most calls or respond to texts. His sales pitch is that he is a great christian guy but I beg to differ! He abandoned us and the home towards the end and left us to do all clean up of interior of home before we could move in. Home was structurally sound. Finish work was problem. Many outlets were over sprayed with primer and sheet rock mud. I had to replace at my own expense. Factory and Hornback Homes ignored even though the parts were returned to them. Garbage disposal defective. Factory and builder ignored. Replaced at my expense. Electrical outlet boxes were not flushed and sheet rock butchered around them. fixed at my own expense. Several electrical shorts had to hire an electrician at my own expense, Cheap bathroom vent fans. Had to replace at my own expense. Fireplace did not work had to repair at my expense. Baseboards were not put in due to hardwood wood floors, Never advised by Hornback Homes about this. Had to pay for at my expense. Shower was poorly grouted Factory repaired after several months of waiting. Builder never cleaned construction dust from inside as stated he would. Left us a mess. Factory and builder do not return calls and it takes months to get warranty service. Hornback homes very difficult to deal with. Poor communication. Does not write anything down and then forgets what needs to be done. My advise GET EVERTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU CLOSE THE DEAL WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CHRISTIAN SPIEL THAT YOU WILL HEAR. Do yourself a favor. Buy elsewhere. What a nightmare!
