    Custom home built by Hoskins Homes in Belle Chasse

    Working with John Hoskins was an awesome experience. We ran a month longer than plan but he always says you can't rush perfection. His subs were great to work with. He knew what we were trying to accomplish and at a price point that we were comfortable paying. We went about 8% over but that was not Hoskins home fault. John pointed a couple of things he recommend we should do that would increase the value of our home so we did. John upgraded little things like door size, under cabinet lights, trim without charging us. His trim work is amazing. Www.sidwin.com/pics/house/build are pictures of our home he built. He answered all of my questions at all time of the day. He took my suggestions into consideration. He had no problems with me doing some of the work or using a couple of subs I preferred. John is very flexible and has the right attitude needed to get the job done. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would go as far as considering him a life long friend considering he helped us build our life long dream home.
