I recently purchased a house in Browerville, the siding was done "economically" I saw some people on a roof a few blocks away and waited for one to come down. Terry introduced himself, I explained what I had and where it was, became over, looked at the exterior, suggested I get rid of the chimney, I did not need it and it would be a place for water leakage in the future. He gave me a quote (very fair) we agreed on a start date. He did everything that was needed, after he was done, it looked as though nothing happened. No mess, scrap, nothing but a job well done.
