Glenn Janosky, is the installation manager for Hot Springs and our experience with Hot Springs and specifically Mr. Janosky, was the worst. No communication, no honesty and over all poor installation of our new vinyl liner. We picked the slow season for the replacement so that we would be able to open our pool on time in the spring. The job started in Oct and ended in April when all was completed. The utter lack of communication was beyond belief. No response to repeated calls and emails. Finally had to go the their store to get some action and answers to questions. If I ran my business the way they do, I would be out of business. Mr. Janosky says he has over 25 years experience. In what I do not know. It certainly is not customer service. The owner Jim Riggs, is not any better. AVOID HOT SPRINGS POOLS AND SPAS AT ALL COSTS!

BEWARE...Hot Springs promised our pool would be finished in 2 months; it took a year for them to complete it. They do not communicate with you at all and basically you have to bug the hell out of them for them to continue working on your pool. They are extremely poorly managed and at times almost appear clueless. Would never advise anyone to hire them.
I would not recommend Hot Springs to my worst enemy. They are truly terrible. Ought to be called "Cold Springs
