We had an outstanding experience with Hothouse Construction in Perkasie, PA. They completely transformed the front of our home, taking it from a dated 1970s colonial to a clean, fresh, modern farmhouse design. The addition of the black metal roofing, board and batten siding, spacious composite deck, and truly spectacular staircase brought our vision to life in ways we hadn’t even imagined.

From start to finish, their workmanship and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. Every element was thoughtfully executed, and the quality of the craftsmanship is evident in every corner of the project.

My experience with Hothouse Construction and the owner Scott Apgar was amazing. From the beginning with supplying his estimate to all of the finishing touches he provided with his incredible eye for design made my porch renovation project seamless. Scott took on my front and back porch redo and hit it out of the park. I have a 130 year old Victorian home and when he was done with my project, front and back porches, they should be in a magazine!! He explained every process of my job and it was completed in the time frame we had discussed. His workers are professional, ontime for the job and polite.
