    Mike did a terrible job on our project and was very irritable and angry about everything. He was very unprofessional and we ended up having to hire other people to come do parts of the job we hired him for because he could not do them. We also had to hire someone else to come rip out and redo a big portion of his work because he did it so poorly. I do not recommend Mike at all.

    This guy was the worst contractor I’ve ever work with. We hired him for a drywall/mud/texture job and after asking us to hire him for some tile work we needed done, we hired him for that too. He's been in our house for about 20 days now and we were supposed to wrap up within the week but Mike really does not like to be told if he's doing something wrong. I'm not talking about the technique he uses or the type of materials - no, I mean BIG wrong like putting the shower curb in the completely wrong spot after having been told on multiple occasions where we want the shower curb, or making shower niches the wrong size and putting them in the wrong spot, causing him to have to rip it out and start over. Or not covering our carpet as he promised to do before ruining it with his drywall mud and dust - things like that (literally ruining it - we have to replace the carpet now). And boy does he get mad and throw a hissy fit when you bring these things up. We were never rude to him (though he tried our patience every day) just simply asking him to do what we hired him to do.

    I guess we pushed him too far with our requests that he do the work correctly because this morning after asking him to replace a tile, he got mad, loaded up his tools and left our project unfinished without saying a word - like a 6-year-old taking his ball and going home when the other kids wouldn’t let him play. He won't return my calls or texts either. Good riddance, Mike.
