    We've used Houk for 15 years. They installed the original units in our home and the new units just recently. We pay for the service program as well and they come out twice a year just to check the units, etc. We have had good service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good Air Conditioning and Heating company.

    Houk did a good job with the installation process. They were clean and well -riced. One aspect of the transaction that I did not like is they didn’t explain that I had to go online to get the extended warranty on our unit and the receipt was difficult to read since it was a 3rd carbon copy.
