Where do I start?
Attitude-he was abrupt before and during the job.
Expertise-he was as here in part because he installed a dimmer incapable of working with LED bulbs so it never worked well after his initial install. He then replaced it with dimmer that was either 100% on or 10% - no in between. I told him that wasn’t acceptable. He grudgingly replaced it with one that actually dimmed. Then it was time for a rewire of a chandelier. When it came time to make the repair, he didn’t have the supplies (a wire) needed for the repair and ended up running to the store.
I know it works because I tried it after he just disappeared..
So an attempt to charge 354.00.00 for a dimmer switch replacement and a simple rewire. A crazy experience…Never again!
