Art Northcutt, owner of House Top Tree Service is a THIEF! If you see his white truck in your neighborhood, warn your neighbors! We hired him to cut down two trees and haul to road. After 2.5 months of phone calls and text messages, the job wasn't done. We paid him cash $760.00 of a $950.00 quote and he stole our money! He trimmed most of the limbs from the trees and left the wood in our yard. In August we finally had to hire someone else to cut down the trees and clean up the awful mess that Art Northcut left behind! We tell everyone we know what a criminal this man is and to keep him away!

This clown was given partial payment and never returned to finish job and never left a receipt. He then would not take my phone calls or return my messages. I will make it my mission to see that he gets no more work on my end of town. If you look up crook in the dictionary you will find his picture.

This man took 750. down pymt. to cut down 3 trees. It has been a month. 1 tree down, not cut up, fence down, and can't get him back to finish. Won't answer phone calls. Don't use this guy, he's a crook!

This man (Art) took $300 from an elderly lady in Bmt. All parties signed contract. Art never came back to cut tree and kept the money. He is considered to be a thief and do not use this man for service unless you just have money growing on trees.

Hired Art to do some work wanted money upfront and gave the impression about how religious he was. He did a little bit of work and then asked for some more money upfront because he had come on some hard times ultimately he lied to me multiple times did not finish the work and kept the money. I’d sue him if it was worth it but he is a liar.
