He did the same thing to me...took my major deposit,...sloppy work,...stopped showing up,..only 3 times in last 30 days. Im suing him in small claims for the money that I gave him,...all I got was a gutted out house that was painted about a third in the interior. Gave him $11700,..wrong cabinets delivered etc...major disaster. We settled with the mediator from the oregon contractors board for $7500, which was a bad deal for me, cause him and his minions didnt do $4200 worth of work,..but I wanted my money,...juan agreed to $7500 in payments over 6 months, miss one payment? Then all the money is due,..he didnt make the last two payments, so now I sit in small claims court...jesus!!!!! Thanx juan for ruining the best time of my life, by giving you a sniff of trust.

Juan was perfectly willing to take our large down payment in July. He showed up once and has yet to complete a large project. Lots of stories and promises. Now we are in a real mess with a leaky roof that he tore off in the laundry area and rain leaking through. And a carport project not even started but a garage door ready to install.
