I hired Housing Evolution to do a complete remodel. They did everything from removing a load bearing wall to paint and everything in between. The home came out beautiful! I would definitely use them again for a future project.

DO NOT hire or work with this company. They are the most unprofessional, unethical company I have ever worked with in my life. This company recently did the remodel on a flipped property a client of mine purchased. When my client bought the property they were given a "2 year warranty" on the "new" roof. A week after closing and my clients moving in, it started raining and water started to leak through the roof all over the house. My client and I then attempted multiple times to have them fix the issue, after trying for several days CESAR who is supposed to be the "manager" sent a "roofer" to fix the issue, the roofer then threw the manager under the bus saying there were many things that were not done because Cesar told them to do it quick and do as least as possible, including fixing broken Skylights in the roof. After the roofer who was very nice and professional, did some fixing on the roof he then advised Cesar and the company were going to fix any drywall damage. Cesar then went to the property and said he would be going back the next day to fix the drywall damage, along with the Skylights. Fast forward a MONTH after the issue, Cesar has been giving my client the runaround, has NOT fixed the issue, does not answer our calls, emails or text messages. These people are as unprofessional as they come, these people don't seem licensed professionals. Please stay AWAY from hiring these people, you will regret all of it.

Housing Evolution LLC did the remodel on a property that one of my clients bought a few weeks ago. The property looked “nice” however the roof was done horribly, soon after we closed and it rained the roof started to leak all over the house, there was a major leak behind the drywall in one of the bathrooms due to the poor job they did, my client had to pay a plumber out of pocket to fix the water leak behind the dry way because we couldn’t get a hold of the company. In addition all the Skylights on the roof were broken and not properly sealed. When my client bought the property they were advised this company Housing Evolution LLC was going to give my client a “2 year warranty”. Well when the roof leak happened we contacted Cesar who happens to be the “manager”. He then sent his “roofer” who patched part of the roof, then Cesar went to the house to “check” he then saw that the dry wall needed to be fixed because of the water leak, and the skylights needed to be repaired. He then told myself and my client he would be going the next day to the property to fix the issues. Fast forward a week later, Cesar has been ignoring my clients calls, my calls and my messages as well. Please DO NOT work with this company and this person, they are unprofessionals looking to do cheap labor. You will regret it, so save yourself this head ache.

Housing Evolution did the remodel on the flipped house I purchased. While the home looked beautiful, after moving in was apparent the the lack of quality and even safety in their workmanship we found:
-ceiling fans were hanging from drywall not secured to rafters (could fall at any moment)
-Second hand appliances were installed (3 failed within the first 6 months)
-The pergola was supported by TWO screws in each pillar
-The GFI for the pool light was not functioning and could have killed someone
-paint lines were uneven
-artificial turf was installed over dirt (rather than gravel and sand)
-The epoxy garage floor peeled instantly with the first car tire
- on and on and on

Stay away from contractors like this that take shortcuts and scam the end consumer and even put health and safety at risk
