We hired this company to paint the front facade of our house. We had high hopes for them based off of the professionalism they displayed during their initial consultation. The "easy" job was quoted to take 2-3 days maximum but ended up lasting over a month and a half. Throughout the process: there were timing difficulties, quality issues, terrible communication, and constant mismanagement of crews ( we went through 3 of them). The first crew painted during a thunderstorm and heavy rain which threatened the quality of the job. The second crew showed up unannounced and painted the wrong color. The third crew had to completely sand and re-paint over the work of the first 2 crews. Also, as recommended during the initial consultation, the first crew removed the caulking from our siding to let it breathe. The third crew was unaware of this and re-caulked most of it because "it was done so poorly and looked terrible." The company then still tried to charge us for the removal of the caulk even though it was pretty much completely filled back in. Overall this was a terribly difficult experience that resulted in extra stress, loss of time, and loss of potential income. I could not in good conscious recommend this company to anyone.
